The qplex Conference Centre at the qplex is the place for celebrations, parties, meetings, conferences and much more.
We understand that your function is unique. With 4,000 square feet of space that can be divided into three smaller rooms, you can have the ideal venue for any occasion. Need more space? The sliding glass doors from the Conference Centre open up into the lobby – a perfect backdrop for that special reception. All rooms can be customized to suit your needs.

50% of the rental fee is non-refundable.
50% of the rental fees are due upon booking.
Remaining 50% and liability insurance is due 8 weeks before your booking.
$250 damage deposit is refundable 5 business days after your event pending a facility inspection.
Liquor License :If you are having alcohol onsite you will need a liquor license (Special Occasion Permit) https://www.pxw1.snb.ca/snb7001/b/1000/CSS-FOL-78-9266B.pdf this will need to be submitted to the Provincial government no later than 15 days before your booked event. Please complete the form and submit as the Town is required to sign off on the document as the facility owner to confirm the booking.
Insurance: All bookings are required to have liability insurance.
If you carry Commercial General Liability Insurance please provide a copy with the addition of the Town of Quispamsis as insured, you must have no less the $5 million per occurrence against all claims for bodily/personal injury including and resulting in death and property damage.
If you do not carry Commercial General Liability Insurance this can be purchase through the town.
Cancellation: In order to cancel a booking, notice in writing must be given to the Town of Quispamsis at least 8 WEEKS before the rental date. Otherwise, the whole rental fee will be forfeited, and only the damage deposit will be refunded.
